Service Provider - Registration

What you need to complete this service
- This service can be availed only for companies holding valid trade licenses.
- Must select the registering activity as per the trade license.
- Must provide the contact details, including email and mobile phone number, which will be used to complete the registration and further communication.
- The duration of the registration will be granted based on the selection of 3 Month, 6 Month, or 12 Month when filling out the online form. The HFZA retains the full right to reduce the validity if it finds anything inappropriate in the registration or the activities or to suspend the registration.
- The Company shall provide the correct details when applying for the service and will not hide or fabricate any wrong information.
- The Company shall attach the necessary documents, including the work contract agreement, at the time of application and will provide additional documents when requested.
- The Company agrees to receive the registration card through the registered email and receive further communications.
- The Company agrees to pay all the fees applicable for the registration and, later on, the entry gate pass fees before going to the entrance gates.
- Upon receipt of the Registration Card, the Company undertakes to apply through the online portal for the gate passes for its employees and vehicles; if the Company needs additional necessities for the contracted work completion, it will only bring other company employees and vehicles with valid HFZA registration.
- The Company understands that the HFZA Gates are controlled by its security and safety department, and the department will manage or reschedule the entry-exit timing when necessary.
- The Company understands that the movements of goods are controlled by the security and safety department and the EHS department and needs prior permission before initiating any goods transportation.
- The Company undertakes to pay all the fees if the Company or its employees and vehicles violate HFZA rules and regulations or damage properties.
